The City of Clarence invites the community to take part in a short survey to have your say on a potential change to the time of Council meetings.
How are current meetings structured?
Council meetings are currently held every three weeks on Monday evenings from 7:00 pm. They are open to the public and streamed live on Council’s YouTube channel. Members of the community can submit written questions before the meeting (Question on Notice), or verbally ask questions on the night (Question without Notice).
What feedback do we want from you?
To help increase community participation and visibility, we are seeking feedback on how the community would like to engage with Council meetings and what your preferred meeting start time would be.
