<p></p><p>Information about the Clarence communities health and wellbeing has been grouped into six themed parts:  </p> <ul> <li>People and health</li> <li>Local infrastructure</li> <li>Local health and service data and information</li> <li>Attitudes and actions</li> <li>Relationships, networks and partnerships</li> <li>Local leadership for health</li> </ul> <p>We have made a short video clip about each theme. After watching the videos, please leave your comments and feedback reflecting on each video in the forum thread.</p> <p>Clarence City Council team members working on the project, as well as community members can see, respond to, and interact with your feedback, however only your username is visible (your feedback will be anonymous).</p> <p>Each video contains specific questions we are seeking to answer but there are also three overall focus questions.
